To do this, they will use the 10 techniques of naturopathy.

Who is it for ? Everyone : babies, children, teenagers, students, working people, athletes, pregnant and breastfeeding women, and the elderly.

What is it for? Digestive problems, persistent fatigue, chronic respiratory infections, chronic pain, overweight, skin problems, hair loss, autoimmune diseases, side effects from heavy treatments...

Who am I ?

After practising law in Paris for eight years, I left everything behind to join my husband in Barcelona.

What happens during a naturopathic consultation?

Elle se déroule en 3 phases :

Phase 1:

Physical Observation

The body can reveal a lot about its capabilities and state of health.

Therefore, during our consultation, I will specifically look at:

  • your general posture,

  • the shape of your body,

  • the color of your skin,

  • your hands and face.

With your consent, I will touch the quality of your muscles and test the flexibility of your abdomen.

Finally, I will briefly examine your eyes with a magnifying glass to supplement the information provided by your body.

Phase 2: Questioning

I'll start with some basic questions (age, height, weight...)

Then, I will ask you about:

  • the reason for your visit,

  • If you have any particular problems, pain,

  • your medical and family history,

  • your transit,

  • your blood circulation,

  • your respiratory capacity,

  • the quality of your sleep,

  • the type of physical exercise you do,

  • your eating habits,

  • your family and professional situation, etc.

Phase nº3 : Recommandations

We are all different with different lives, different abilities, different tastes, etc.

Therefore, we will build together a health and fitness plan that suits you and fits into your life.

Depending on your body's needs and habits, your plan will include:

  • nutritional advice,

  • ideas to improve your physical activity,

  • breathing exercises,

  • an evening routine to improve your sleep... etc
